Job Title: Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Washington. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our hotel's services and features. Your main goal will be to ensure that our hotel is the top choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Create customized proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market changes.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid work permit for Washington.
