Contract Interpreter in Los Angeles

We are seeking a skilled and professional interpreter to join our team on a contract basis in Los Angeles. As an interpreter, you will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient interpretation services for various clients in different settings.

Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation services for meetings, conferences, interviews, and other events as needed.
- Accurately convey messages between English and the target language.
- Ensure confidentiality and cultural sensitivity at all times.
- Research terminology and prepare for upcoming assignments.
- Maintain accurate records of interpretation services provided.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and at least one other language.
- Previous experience as an interpreter preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Knowledge of cultural differences and ability to adapt accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Must be based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate.

Salary: $1200 per month (based on 40 hours per week)
