Instrument Technician
We are hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Atlanta. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various instruments and equipment used in a variety of industries, such as manufacturing, oil and gas, and healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair various instruments and equipment.
- Inspect instruments for defects or malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working with electrical equipment.
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and proper functioning.
- Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of instruments.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to solve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in instrument technology.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Instrument Technician in a similar field or industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and ability to read technical diagrams.
- Familiarity with a variety of instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, etc.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to working with electrical equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month. Benefits include accommodation provided by the company.
Location:
This position is based in Atlanta. However, candidates from other locations within the US will also be considered.
