Job Title: Contract Moderator in Los Angeles

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Moderator to join our team in Los Angeles on a contract basis. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online communities and forums, ensuring that all user-generated content follows our company's guidelines and policies. This is a remote position with no accommodation provided, and we welcome applicants from all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our online platforms to ensure it complies with our company's guidelines and policies
- Review reported content and take appropriate action, such as removing or editing content
- Engage with community members in a professional and respectful manner to resolve any issues or disputes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for online community management
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve the overall user experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Moderator or Community Manager in an online platform or forum
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and best practices for moderation
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective policies
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary: $1200 per month (USD)

Visa & Travel:
- Free visa will be provided by the company
- The selected candidate will be responsible for their own travel arrangements to Los Angeles
