Facade Designer/Engineer



We are searching for a talented and experienced Facade Designer/Engineer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Facade Designer/Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and engineering the exterior facades of buildings, including curtain walls, cladding, and other decorative elements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facade design and engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to facades
- Ability to create detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with architects and other team members

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop innovative facade designs that meet aesthetic and functional requirements
- Conduct feasibility studies and structural analysis to determine the best materials and methods for facade construction
- Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and calculations for facade elements
- Oversee the fabrication and installation of facades by contractors
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and project budget
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade design technology

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month along with accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa to work in the United States.
