Tile Setter/Installer



We are hiring a skilled Tile Setter/Installer to join our growing team in Los Angeles! As a Tile Setter/Installer, you will be responsible for accurately measuring, cutting, and installing various types of tile in residential and commercial spaces. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed according to plans and specifications and meets quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Accurately measure and cut tiles to fit specific spaces
- Prepare surfaces for tile installation by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing as needed
- Install tiles using various techniques such as mortar setting, grouting, and sealing
- Ensure all work meets safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Tile Setter/Installer or similar role
- Experience working with different types of tile such as ceramic, porcelain, marble, etc.
- Knowledge of various installation techniques including mortar setting, grouting, and sealing
- Ability to accurately measure and cut tiles to fit specific spaces
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow plans and specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per week for this full-time position.
