Entry-Level Locksmith



As an Entry-Level Locksmith, you will be responsible for providing locksmith services to clients in the Los Angeles area. This includes installing, repairing, and replacing various types of locks for residential, commercial, and automotive properties. You will also be responsible for creating new keys and duplicating existing ones. We are looking for someone with a strong interest in locksmithing who is willing to learn and grow in this profession.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and replace locks on doors, windows, safes, and other items
- Create new keys using key-cutting machines
- Duplicate existing keys accurately
- Provide emergency lockout services for clients
- Perform routine maintenance on locks to ensure they are functioning properly
- Keep accurate records of all work performed
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies needed for locksmithing services

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Basic understanding of lock mechanisms and how they work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in locksmithing or related field is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of different types of locks and their functions
