Part-Time Computer Support Specialist


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our company's computer systems and software. This is an entry-level position and is suitable for freshers who have a passion for technology and are looking to gain experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to all employees on a variety of computer issues, including hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Troubleshoot computer problems and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Install new hardware and software as needed.
- Set up new computers and peripherals for employees.
- Maintain inventory of computer equipment and supplies.
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and provide recommendations for upgrades or improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a technical support role is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Salary: $1200 per month (pro-rated for part-time hours)
