In this role, you will assist our experienced installers in all aspects of solar panel installation, from preparing job sites to wiring and connecting panels.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare job sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment
- Assist with the installation of solar panels on roofs or ground-mounted systems
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights and handling equipment
- Support the wiring and connection of solar panels to inverters and electrical systems
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for renewable energy and desire to learn about solar installation
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction equipment preferred but not required
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions closely and work well in a team environment
