Job Title: Solar Panel Installer


As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar panels on residential and commercial properties in Los Angeles. You will work as part of a team to ensure that solar panel systems are installed correctly and efficiently. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs or other structures according to design specifications
- Connect panels to electrical wiring systems
- Perform basic electrical work as needed
- Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure proper functioning
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each installation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in solar panel installation preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
