Architectural Technologist


As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects. You will use your technical knowledge and skills to create detailed plans, drawings, and models that meet the requirements of clients and building regulations. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and models using specialized software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, timelines, and progress reports
- Review project plans for accuracy and feasibility
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an architectural technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members
and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Location: Los Angeles (Visa sponsorship available)
Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
