Architectural Designer

We are hiring a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing unique and functional architectural plans and drawings for various projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs meet all requirements and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent design skills, and proficiency in relevant software programs. Responsibilities:
- Create architectural plans and designs based on client needs, budget, and project specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess site conditions
- Use 3D modeling software to create detailed drawings and presentations
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and incorporate feedback into designs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional licensure or certification as an Architectural Designer
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Los Angeles
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles

Salary: $1000 per week (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Los Angeles (open to all genders)
