We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing building plans and structures that meet the needs and desires of our clients. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to bring projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed building plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs are functional and feasible
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Create 3D models and renderings of buildings for presentations and client reviews
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques for architectural design
- Review project proposals and make recommendations for improvements or changes
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure designs are being implemented correctly

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software, 3D modeling, rendering, and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
