Architectural Designer


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture and design, as well as a strong understanding of construction methods and materials. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects, from residential homes to commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using CAD software
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for each project
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Review project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per week, along with potential bonuses based on performance.
