Commercial Architect

A prestigious architectural firm in Los Angeles is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture and at least 5 years of experience working on commercial projects. The primary responsibility of this role is to design and oversee the construction of commercial buildings, ensuring that they meet functional, safety, and aesthetic requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions for commercial projects.
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that all work is being done according to the design plans.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Stay up-to-date with current building codes, regulations, and materials.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural software.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
