Industrial Architect

Our architecture firm in Los Angeles is seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month, including accommodation and free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that designs are compliant with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the smooth execution of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other architectural design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience working on large-scale industrial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Professional licensure as an Architect
