Senior Architecture Manager
As a Senior Architecture Manager in our Los Angeles office, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects. You will work closely with clients and team members to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality designs that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. Your strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and project management experience will be essential in driving our projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the development of architectural designs for a variety of projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide design solutions, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
- Mentor and develop junior staff members, providing guidance on design techniques, software tools, and industry best practices.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and technologies to continuously improve design processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in California is preferred but not required.
Salary: $1700 per month (without accommodation)
