Architecture Manager


We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Architecture Manager, you will oversee the design and construction of various building projects, ensuring they meet all necessary regulations and client requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate architectural projects from conception to completion
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and needs for each project
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee the work of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality and efficiency
- Review and approve all architectural designs and plans
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is following approved plans
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure project coordination
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Los Angeles. Candidates must have their own visa.
