Senior Architect - Los Angeles, USA



As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects in Los Angeles. You will use your expertise in architecture and design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing structures while also adhering to building codes and regulations. This is a full-time role with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project
- Develop detailed designs and blueprints using software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Create project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it aligns with the proposed design
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Review and approve material samples, equipment, and finishes used in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an architect, preferably in a leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred
