Executive Chef
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes, as well as excellent leadership skills. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, and includes accommodation. We welcome candidates without prior experience in this role, as long as they have a strong background in culinary arts and are eager to learn and grow in the role. We also provide assistance with obtaining the necessary visa for foreign candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and unique menus that align with our restaurant's concept and vision
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency in every dish served
- Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards of performance
- Manage inventory and maintain proper food safety procedures to minimize waste and costs
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, purchasing decisions, and menu pricing strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into our menu offerings
- Ensure compliance with health codes, sanitation regulations, and safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with management
- Creativity to constantly innovate dishes while maintaining quality standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality or service levels
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed to ensure smooth operations of the kitchen
