We are hiring a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in the bustling city of Los Angeles. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations including food quality, service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they provide exceptional service to customers
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue while controlling costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items based on customer preferences and market trends
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback on performance

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors in a professional manner
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required by business needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management preferred but not required
