Part-Time Restaurant Manager (Los Angeles)
The Part-Time Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant in Los Angeles. This individual will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory and supplies, ensuring quality service and food standards, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management and possess strong leadership skills. This is a part-time position with potential for growth within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and maintain accurate records of all supplies
- Create weekly specials menus and work with kitchen staff to develop new menu items
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and satisfaction among guests
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management preferred
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary: $1000 per week (part-time)
