As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and management of our restaurant in Los Angeles. You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience and that our team is delivering high-quality service. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff to provide excellent customer service
- Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members

Requirements:
