Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects on a part-time basis
- Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns or issues that arise
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements related to construction projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Los Angeles but may require occasional travel to project sites within the city.
