A reputable construction company in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee project budget, schedule, and resources
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)
