We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed
- Perform data entry and update databases
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position.
