Part-Time Surveyor
Location: Los Angeles, USA

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Surveyor to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries and prepare accurate measurements and records for construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals with their own visa looking to gain experience in the surveying field while working part-time.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment and techniques
- Collect data on property boundaries, topography, and existing structures
- Prepare accurate measurements and calculations for construction projects
- Create detailed maps, charts, and reports based on survey data
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and architects
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Maintain survey equipment and perform routine calibration checks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Previous experience in land surveying is a plus but not required
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to travel to various job sites within Los Angeles

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a starting salary of $1500 per month. Additional compensation may be provided based on experience.
