Job Title: Waiter/Waitress at High-End Restaurant in Los Angeles


We are seeking a professional and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our high-end restaurant in Los Angeles. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Answer any questions about menu items or daily specials
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Process payments and accurately handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and restrooms
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with guests in a professional manner
- Strong knowledge of food and beverages, including wine pairing
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
