Land Surveyor



A reputable land surveying company in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, producing accurate maps and measurements, and providing data for engineering, construction, and land development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports with accurate measurements and calculations
- Create maps, drawings, and charts using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Research legal records, existing surveys, and other documents to establish property boundaries
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during surveying activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and CAD software
- Knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Valid driver's license
Salary: $1000 per week (negotiable based on experience)
