Gardener for Private Residence in Los Angeles

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Gardener to maintain the outdoor spaces at a private residence in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and a strong knowledge of plants, flowers, and landscaping techniques. This part-time position offers a salary of $1100 per month and includes accommodation. A work visa is required.

Responsibilities:
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Trim and prune hedges, bushes, and trees
- Mow lawns and maintain overall lawn health
- Weed gardens and remove any debris or dead plants
- Monitor plant health for pests or diseases
- Install new plants or landscaping features as needed
- Keep garden tools and equipment clean and in good working condition

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of plants, flowers, and landscaping techniques
- Previous experience as a Gardener preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions from the homeowner
- Good communication skills to provide updates on garden maintenance as needed
