Entry Level Baker - Los Angeles, USA

Are you a passionate baker looking for an opportunity to kickstart your career? We are seeking an Entry Level Baker to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Contract Baker, you will work under the guidance of experienced bakers and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of baking.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing doughs, batters, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Monitor baking process and make adjustments as needed
- Decorate and finish baked goods with toppings and icings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible schedule including early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
This is an entry level position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Our bakery is located in the vibrant city of Los Angeles.
