Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in product quality
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
- Keep work area clean and sanitized according to health codes
- Assist with decorating cakes and pastries as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to create new recipes or improve existing ones
- Follow food safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a professional Baker preferred
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and measure ingredients precisely
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Culinary degree or certification from an accredited institution is a plus
