We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks and repairs in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as building shelves, installing doors, and repairing furniture
- Handle plumbing issues such as fixing leaks and unclogging drains
- Address electrical problems such as changing light fixtures and outlets
- Conduct general repairs on appliances and equipment
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness of work areas before and after completing tasks
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Keep track of necessary supplies and materials for job completion

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Skilled in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance tasks
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good communication skills with the ability to understand client needs
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

-Able to work on weekends or evenings if required

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Los Angeles

Type: Part-time with possibility for full-time hours
