Contract Administrator
Our company in Los Angeles is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and negotiating contract terms with clients and vendors
- Ensuring all contracts are properly executed and filed
- Tracking contract deadlines and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Maintaining accurate records of contract changes, amendments, and payments
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure contract requirements are met
- Coordinating with legal teams to address any legal or compliance issues
- Communicating contract changes or updates to relevant parties in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of contract law and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- Experience working with government contracts
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software
Salary:
$1700 per month

Los Angeles, USA
