Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our company and providing support to various departments. This position is suitable for men and does not require previous experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain accurate records and files both electronically and physically.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job listings and scheduling interviews.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $1400/month
