We are excited to offer a contract opportunity for an Administrator in the bustling city of Los Angeles! As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and organizing administrative tasks and processes within our company. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment while also receiving accommodation during their contract.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Manage and organize company documents and files
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Maintain office supplies inventory

Requirements:
- No experience required as we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude

Salary:
We understand that gaining experience is important, which is why we offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this contract position.

Accommodation:
We also provide accommodation for our contract employees. This will include a fully furnished apartment located near our office in Los Angeles.
