Contract Administrator

We are in need of a reliable and efficient Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's contracts, from initial negotiation to contract execution and maintenance. This role requires strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients
- Review contracts for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure timely execution of contracts
- Maintain contract files and documentation
- Monitor contract compliance and make necessary updates or amendments
- Communicate with clients regarding contract changes or updates
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of contracts
- Prepare reports on contract status and performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
$1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
