Loader Supervisor (Los Angeles, USA)


We are currently seeking a Loader Supervisor to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods and materials onto trucks or other modes of transportation. Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of loaders to ensure efficient and safe loading and unloading of goods
- Ensure all items are properly stacked, secured, and loaded onto trucks or other transportation vehicles
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse managers to coordinate loading schedules and prioritize shipments
- Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance to ensure safe operation
- Communicate with drivers and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the loading process

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a loader or in a similar supervisory role is required
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects on a regular basis
- Knowledge of proper loading techniques and safety procedures is essential
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
