Concierge Assistant

We are seeking a friendly and organized Concierge Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the main concierge in providing excellent customer service to our guests and residents. Your duties will include answering phone calls, responding to guest inquiries and requests, making reservations, and providing information about local attractions and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have a strong knowledge of the Los Angeles area. This is an entry-level position with no experience required, but candidates with previous customer service experience will be preferred. We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month along with accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa to work in the United States.
