Temporary Concierge in Los Angeles
We are currently hiring a Temporary Concierge for our luxury property in beautiful Los Angeles. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension or permanent placement.
Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
- Must have a valid work visa for the United States
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a bonus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events in Los Angeles
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and make reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, etc.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay
- Maintain lobby area and ensure cleanliness at all times
- Assist with luggage handling and coordinating transportation for guests
