Job Title: Computer Systems Analyst


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Akron. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex computer systems, identifying and resolving technical issues, and recommending system improvements to optimize efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of current computer systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to improve system functionality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement new systems or system modifications.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
- Train end-users on new systems or system changes.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of various operating systems, programming languages, databases, and network infrastructure.
- Proven experience in analyzing complex computer systems and developing effective solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Akron. However, we are open to candidates from all nationalities who are willing to relocate. We provide accommodation for our employees if needed. Visa sponsorship is also available for qualified candidates.
