We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Akron. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring our company's network systems to ensure smooth operation and maximum uptime. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise, as well as implementing new network solutions and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, and services
- Monitor network performance to ensure optimal operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve any network or system issues in a timely manner
- Update network equipment with the latest patches and firmware
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement new network solutions
- Provide technical support to employees for any network or system related issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with network security systems (firewalls, VPNs)
- Proficient in installing and configuring routers, switches, servers, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1300 per month (part-time)
Location: Akron (accommodation provided if necessary)
