IT Support Specialist

We are currently hiring an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Akron, USA. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and software. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer systems, software applications, and hardware devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure software applications and updates
- Set up new user accounts, permissions, and passwords
- Train users on basic computer functions and software applications
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Windows operating system, Microsoft Office Suite, networking protocols, and remote desktop tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Proven experience providing outstanding customer service

Salary: $1000 per month with benefits package
