Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone to provide guidance and support
- Assist clients with navigating our online platform and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the customer experience on our platform
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve our clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary

Salary: $1100 per month
