Roofer - Experienced and Detail-Oriented

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Roofer to join our team in Akron. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for repairing, installing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. You will work with a variety of materials such as shingles, tiles, metal, and rubber to ensure that roofs are sturdy, weatherproof, and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect roofs for damage or wear and recommend repairs or replacements as needed
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific areas of a roof
- Install or repair flashing around vents, chimneys, and other roof openings
- Remove old roofing materials and properly dispose of them
- Use various tools such as hammers, drills, saws, and nail guns to complete roofing projects
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times while working on roofs
- Communicate with clients to explain the scope of work and provide updates on progress
- Keep detailed records of materials used, hours worked, and any other relevant information

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Roofer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in measurements and installations
- Good communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner

Salary: $900 per month (with accommodation)
Location: Akron (Preference for male candidates)
