Plasterboard Worker


We are in need of a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Akron. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and finishing plasterboard on various construction projects. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Install plasterboard using appropriate tools and techniques
- Apply joint tape and compound to create smooth and seamless surfaces
- Repair any damaged or uneven areas of plasterboard
- Follow safety protocols when working at heights or with power tools
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficient in measuring, cutting, and installing plasterboard
- Skilled in applying joint compound for a smooth finish
- Knowledge of safety protocols when working with power tools and at heights
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
