As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of turning machines to produce precision metal parts according to specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with limited experience in the field of turning to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills.

Key responsibilities:
- Set up and operate turning machines such as lathes, grinders, and mills
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine machine settings and production methods
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are met
- Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to inspect finished parts
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance tasks when necessary
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification in machining or related field
- Basic understanding of turning principles and techniques
- Familiarity with operating CNC machines is a plus
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools accurately
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills
