Job Title: Equipment Operator



The Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery and equipment on construction sites in Akron, ensuring timely and efficient completion of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and dump trucks. This is a contract position with competitive salary of $900 per week. All experience levels are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment according to safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Ensure timely completion of construction projects
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, or dump trucks
- Ability to read project plans and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions
