Entry Level Solar Installer in Akron

We are hiring an entry level Solar Installer to join our team in Akron. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation and maintenance of solar panel systems. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required, but some knowledge or interest in renewable energy is preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must have a valid visa or be eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the installation of solar panels on rooftops and ground-mounted systems
- Setting up equipment and tools needed for installations
- Ensuring all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Performing maintenance on existing solar panel systems as needed
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions from clients
