Part-Time Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain hands-on experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Provide technical support to architects and project managers
- Conduct site visits and assist with project coordination
- Utilize computer software to create 3D models and renderings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow design standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
